Overview
A new one-story residence over a full basement with a detached garage, surf shack, pool, spa, extensive landscape and hardscape, and an onsite wastewater treatment system. Designed by Burdge Architects with interiors by KAP Studios, the modern home is laid out as a series of low, flat-roofed pavilions on a one-acre lot, framed by mature trees and views of the Santa Monica Mountains. 5to9 Group is delivering full general contracting, including pre-construction services.
