A major remodel and addition to a two-story Santa Monica residence, with a full new basement, a detached two-story ADU, pool, spa and sport court, and landscape by Marmol Radziner. Designed by KAP Studios, the home is composed of layered white volumes with finely ribbed cladding, planted terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass that opens the living spaces to the garden and pool. 5to9 Group is providing pre-construction services: budgeting, scheduling, procurement planning, permitting strategy and coordination of the owner and design team ahead of construction.
